Role Summary:

Volody is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our seasoned sales professionals to support various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
