Our organization seeks a seasoned Network & Security Operations Leader to manage its data center functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire data center Network & Security Operations with 100% uptime, leveraging AIOPS for proactive monitoring and automation.
  • Oversee Data Center Process & Compliance, ensuring adherence to ISO 20K, ISO 27K, TIA 942, Uptime Institute standards, PCIDSS compliance, SASE18 SOC II certifications.
  • Implement End-to-End IT Infrastructure, including passive infrastructure, physical servers, virtual servers, storage devices, network PODs, and switches, across data centers as per design specifications.
  • Provide seamless internal customer experiences through proactive approaches using AIOPS dashboards, ensuring timely updates and accessibility for key stakeholders.
  • Lead Team Management, focusing on improved productivity, goal-setting, cross-skills training, performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and resource optimization.
  • Develop Stakeholder Management strategies, fostering effective communications with business partners, product teams, customers, vendors, ISV partners, and management teams.
  • Drive Hyper-Automation and Cloud Adoption, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end instrumentation, remediation, and multi-cloud environment adoption (Azure, GCP, OpenStack).
  • Cultivate Customer Management and Tender Participation, handling external customer relationships and participating in RFC processes while aligning with account management and sales teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years as a Head of Network & Security operations.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Application Operations.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex data center Network & Security Operations, with expertise in Cisco Nexus, Catalyst switches, routers, DNS, Citrix, and F5 load balancers.
  • Proficiency in IT Inventory & CMDB Management in large-scale enterprises.
  • Understanding of various technologies used in data center infrastructure.
  • Mastery in presentation and Microsoft Excel skills, with expertise in utilizing various functions and formulas.
  • Expertise in ITSM Processes and knowledge of ISO & Data Center certification standards.
