Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams. The ideal candidate will drive the management and strategic oversight of on-premises datacenter assets, end-user systems, and cloud services with a focus on Microsoft and open-source technologies.


The selected individual will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to define a strategic direction for the organization's IT ecosystem and align it with business objectives. Key responsibilities include formulating, strategizing, and implementing IT and information security policies in line with industry standards.


  • Develop and implement change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies.
  • Lead the IT Infrastructure and IT Information Security teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:


  • Initiate and manage migration projects from on-premises to hybrid cloud environments.
  • Oversee network architecture, connectivity uptime, and network performance using Cisco routers, switches, and communication devices.
  • Implement IT infrastructure monitoring tools to identify and resolve problems before they affect critical business processes.

Security Requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular security assessments at server and network levels using tools like Nessus and Nmap. They must ensure compliance with security policies and procedures using SIEM solutions like Splunk and prevent data theft and leakage.


Technical Skills

At least 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and information security.


Proven experience leading complex hybrid IT teams and managing datacenter operations, network systems, and virtualization environments.


  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Azure Services, Microsoft 365) and open-source technologies (e.g., Ubuntu Linux, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Red Hat Certified, Cisco Certified Network Professional).
