Director of IT Infrastructure Strategy

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our organization's IT infrastructure strategy, focusing on Microsoft and Open-Source technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, datacenter operations, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for migrating workloads to hybrid cloud ecosystems.
  • Manage and oversee the design, deployment, and operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of IT assets.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in IT processes and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and information security.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex hybrid IT teams.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Azure Services) and Open-Source technologies (e.g., Ubuntu Linux, KVM).
  • Experience in managing datacenter operations, network systems, and virtualization environments.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly valued.
