Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to oversee and manage a team responsible for providing IT services. This includes ensuring the efficient operation of subordinate team members, maintaining service level agreements, and sustaining appropriate documentation for policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with at least 7-10 years of hands-on experience. A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is also required. The successful candidate will be certified in CISA and possess advanced knowledge of networking and personal computer hardware.
