Job Overview

Lead the Way in Performance Marketing:

  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and executing targeted digital campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize ad copy, structural elements, keywords, and creative assets for maximum ROI.
  • Drive Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging social media advertising capabilities.
  • Oversee end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files, collaborating with merchant centers, and executing comprehensive shopping initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and conduct thorough competitor analysis.
  • Provide regular status updates and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure robust conversion tracking and key performance indicator (KPI) measurements are in place.
  • Monitor campaign spend to guarantee alignment with allocated resources.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Possess 4+ years of professional experience in PPC management, with expertise in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Programmatic media buying experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work with e-commerce setups is desirable.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and experience working with data sets.
  • Proficient in basic Excel operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
