Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development of our fintech platform, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Product Development & Growth: Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with product management, development teams, and business stakeholders to grow and enhance the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make data-informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building, and managing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Should have hands-on experience with NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend development.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
