Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to lead our project management team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Tracking project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Providing regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Fostering strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in software development, construction, healthcare, or other industries.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
