Highly Organized Project Manager Needed

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations with the project manager
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and data entry operators
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required
  • Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Experience coordinating IT/software development projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field and excellent communication skills.
