Project Estimation Specialist

    As a Project Costing Professional, you will be responsible for managing project expenses by interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations to ensure project profitability.
  • Planning and Estimation: Utilize industry software such as Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation to track project progress and maintain updated pricing.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries to optimize project expenses.
  • Site Visits: Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs to ensure accurate project costing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in project costing/estimation (construction preferred).
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, AutoCAD, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred.
