Job Title: Research Project Manager

• To lead project teams effectively and manage research projects by ensuring timely updates to senior members, acting as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables and tasks, and running projects within budget.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently conducting research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, facilitating client meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and implement research projects by leading project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior members, acting as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables and tasks, and running projects within budget.
2. Independently conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, facilitating client meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction.
3. Initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings, drafting client-focused proposals, and recognizing potential business opportunities.
4. Provide effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues, through on-the-job feedback, guide workload planning for effective project management, and lead teams to foster strong teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
• 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
• 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
• 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
• Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
• Solid project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Basic coaching skills.
• Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
