Job Overview

  • A career as a UCCE Systems Specialist will see you providing support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and other related platforms, including call recording and performance management tools.
  • Familiarity with the Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC components and troubleshooting skills are essential in this role.
  • Experience in MACD creation on Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms, as well as knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, is required.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes and Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is necessary.
  • Proficiency in using VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with integration experience with other tools, is expected.
  • The ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment and experience working on Cisco Voice platforms, including CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP, is required.
