Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design Architecture: Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE and CVP technologies, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.">
  • Implementation Configuration: Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components.">
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other enterprise solutions.">
  • Scripting Application Development: Proficiency in developing, updating, and troubleshooting CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts.">
  • Support Troubleshooting: Expertise in providing tier-3 support for complex issues, investigating root causes, and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.">
  • Performance Monitoring Optimization: Knowledge of system health, performance metrics, and call flows, with ability to identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.">
  • Upgrades Patching: Experience with planning, testing, and executing upgrades, patches, and migrations for UCCE and CVP platforms.">
  • Documentation: Strong documentation skills, including configurations, topologies, change management records, and knowledge base articles.">
  • Collaboration Mentoring: Ability to work closely with network, telephony, security, and infrastructure teams, as well as mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and new technologies.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, provide status updates, and translate technical concepts into business-focused language.">
