Job Title: Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer

The Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the contact center infrastructure meets desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Engineering Functions: Collaborate with suppliers to establish standards and blueprints. Support development and implementation activities ensuring new functionality aligns with standards and blueprints.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Work with suppliers to manage operational run, enhancements and platform changes. Support operational functions including change, problem and incident management.
  • Supplier Management: Monitor supplier delivery of services to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
  • IT Integration and Governance: Work with internal IT stakeholders to support integrations, governance processes and architecture/design.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with country representatives, work closely with product delivery manager and share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certification highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Genesys Cloud tools including Architect, Genesys Cloud Agent Scripter, Genesys Cloud CLI.
  • Experience with JSON, RegEx and restful API/web services.
  • Designing, creating and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows.
