Job Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to provide expert technical support for complex Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and associated solutions.

This role encompasses advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and knowledge base management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and conversation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in UCCE or similar technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Expertise in working with Cisco Voice platforms and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
