Join a dynamic team of innovators as we seek a skilled Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and more.

As an experienced professional, you will lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including the design and development of custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
