Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
    • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
    • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM R12.
  • Core Skills: Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.

Additional Information

This is a remote-first role, but we require flexibility to travel onsite during project phases. Candidates must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel as per project needs.
