Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist

Contract Duration: 1 Year, Remote Work Available.

Required Experience: 10+ Years of Proven Expertise.

Location: Pan India.

Job Description:

  • Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity areas in Oracle is a plus.
  • Technical expertise in HCM extract, API integration, HDL imports, and Mulesoft implementation highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL required.
  • Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) strongly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient HCM technical solutions.
  • Develop and integrate complex data conversions and reports using Fast Formulas and OIC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to drive results.
