Compensation Solution Expert

As a Compensation Solution Expert, you'll lead full-cycle implementations – from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You'll work across key modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end compensation solution implementations
  • Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
  • Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
  • Support production deployment and issue resolution
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Communicate with global clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in compensation solution implementation
  • Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
