Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits structures that meet the needs of our clients. This includes creating pay ranges, pay mix, and benefits design.

You will work closely with our People, Organization and Culture team to deliver high-quality Compensation and Benefits solutions. Your expertise in compensation and benefits will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field experience.
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application.
  • Familiarity with leading job evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
