Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team in Mumbai. As a member of the founding leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the technical delivery of architectural projects and ensuring compliance with global quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering commercial, workplace, hospitality, retail, logistics, and data centre developments, with experience working on international-standard projects across various sectors.

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing the technical service delivery, leading design teams and client meetings, and maintaining project design programmes. You will also be required to communicate resource needs, create and manage project-related financials, and monitor the financial performance of projects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be able to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for mentoring junior architects, leading project meetings, and ensuring design intent and statutory compliance are achieved at every stage. You will also be required to lead the contract administration process, ensure our client meets its responsibilities, and inspire and promote our values within the team.

The selected candidate will be inducted, trained, and supported in the UK and European offices, ensuring alignment with international systems and processes before transitioning into leadership of projects in India. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organisation, and client coordination, while ensuring delivery to the firm's global quality standards.
