Job Title: Senior IT Executive

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our organization as a Senior IT Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Windows-based local servers, including file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD, and backup systems. They will also configure and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services — VMs, storage, backups, identity management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Administration: Administer Windows-based local servers, including file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD, and backup systems.
  • Cloud Services: Configure and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services — VMs, storage, backups, identity management.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery for both local and cloud environments.
Network & Security Administration
  • Network Infrastructure: Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Firewall Policies: Configure and maintain firewall policies, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
  • Data Security: Ensure data security compliance, endpoint protection, and identity/access management across platforms.
Hardware & Systems Support
  • Hardware Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and related IT hardware.
  • System Maintenance: Handle routine maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
  • Wi-Fi Networks: Manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks, access points, and user authentication.
Secondary Responsibilities – CCTV
  • CCTV Support: Provide basic support for CCTV systems including NVR monitoring and storage backup checks.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid (cloud + local) setup.
  • Azure Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
  • Networking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN).
  • Firewall Expertise: Proficient in firewall setup and management (Fortinet, Sophos, or equivalent).
  • Hardware Diagnostics: Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.
  • CCTV Familiarity: Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera basics and network storage monitoring is a plus.
