Job Title: Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Linux systems administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations and providing exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management:
    • Manage, configure, and maintain both physical and virtualized servers (Linux).
    • Install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services through remote consoles.
  • Virtualization Expertise:
    • Work with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, and Hyper-V.
  • Network and Tools Management:
    • Handle tools like cPanel, routers, and switches.
    • Ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and IIS.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution:
    • Monitor hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolve issues.
  • Scripting and Automation:
    • Familiarity with scripting languages to automate and streamline processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.
    • Maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • People Management and Leadership :
    • Foster collaboration and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching.
    • Lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments.
    Requirements:
    • 2-4 years of experience in web hosting industry.
    • Expertise in cPanel, Plesk, and server environments (Linux).
    • Proficiency in on-premise virtualization tools (Proxmox, SolusVM)
    • Have experience with Automation Deployment with Ansible,
    • Can monitoring with like Librenms, Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana/Prometheus/AlertManager Stack.
    • Strong understanding of networking and server fundamentals, DNS, and protocols.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    • English Communication skills.
