Job Description:

As a systems engineer, you will be responsible for deploying product updates and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

You will work closely with internal teams to configure and troubleshoot products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing integrations requested by customers and internal teams
  • Providing level 2 technical support and responding to queries from internal teams
  • Building tools to reduce errors and improve the customer experience
  • Performing root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues and deploying updates and fixes
  • Developing scripts to automate visualization
  • Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in ITIL and Linux administration
  • Strong hands-on skills in scripting, VMware, cron scheduling for backups, LVM
  • Basic knowledge of Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing)
  • Basic understanding of languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl) and backup and restore concepts
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT operations and service delivery
