As a member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in implementing system changes during off-hours to reduce load on the onshore team and contribute to the continuous improvement of alerting systems and operational workflows.

About This Role

This position requires a highly skilled engineer with expertise in Database Security solutions, Linux, System Administration, OS/Server Administration, and Firewall troubleshooting. If you have experience with scripting languages like Shell or Python and can work independently during U.S. night shift hours, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Database Security solutions for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to firewalls and server performance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell or Python to streamline processes.
  • Update runbooks and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Database Security, Linux, System Administration, OS/Server Administration, and Firewall troubleshooting.
  • Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.) and ability to work independently during U.S. night shift hours.
