Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with deep expertise in handling global payroll operations.

  • End-to-End Payroll Management: Process, review, and validate payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Compliance & Statutory Adherence: Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, income tax, social security, pension schemes, and other statutory contributions.
  • Global Payroll Coordination: Liaise with international payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of payroll cycles.
  • Audit & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal/external audits across regions.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of statutory laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with global teams.
