Transportation Solutions Expert

We seek a highly skilled Transportation Solutions Expert to oversee and optimize performance management aspects of our solutions using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) applications and processes.
This expert will be responsible for tracking system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience.
Collaboration with IT, operations, and business stakeholders is crucial in troubleshooting issues, recommending improvements, and supporting system upgrades or patches.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements:- Proven OTM experience with a focus on performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and methodologies including dashboards and reporting
- Excellent collaboration abilities with the ability to work cross-functionally
