Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Voice Network Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance of our Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions as well as third-party call recording platforms.

Key responsibilities include ensuring a clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes. Additionally, you will have knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integration experience with other tools.

  • Supporting Experience
  • Expert-level troubleshooting and maintenance of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC systems
  • Creation of MACD documents in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms
  • Strong understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment
  • Experience working with Cisco Voice platforms
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Providers to assist in problem resolution of telecommunication issues
  • Performs advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, and site coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of VOIP protocols and ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
