About the Job

Our company seeks a seasoned monitoring expert to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated monitoring solutions across hybrid environments.

  • Develop custom integrations and automations using LogicMonitor's REST APIs to drive innovation in monitoring engineering.
  • Architect scalable monitoring workflows that support multi-cloud and on-prem systems, ensuring seamless integration and real-time insights.
  • Build and maintain LogicModules, dashboards, escalation chains, and reporting logic to deliver actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Automate monitoring deployments and policy configurations across client environments, reducing operational overhead and improving efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and design standards for observability integration, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in monitoring engineering, with 3+ years focused on LogicMonitor.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and JSON/XML-based API design, with a strong understanding of platform engineering and service reliability practices.
  • Proven success in automating large-scale monitoring environments, with a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud observability and integrations with ITSM/CMDB tools, with a deep understanding of system reliability and intelligence-driven alerting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
