Creative Visionary

As a leading figure in our team, you will be responsible for setting the tone for brands and overseeing campaign communication to completion. You will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative content that boosts brand awareness and consideration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine passion for pop-culture and advertising/marketing.

Your Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience in digital design and advertising is preferred.
