We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead our team and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring issues are resolved within committed timelines and projects are completed satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate faster issue resolution for your team members.
  • Empower your existing team, hire top talent, and ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Ensure timely completion of Customer Move-In Timelines, high CSAT scores, and swift resolution of customer escalations.

Key Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills (direct team reporting required).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and analytical ability.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships.
