Job Title: Principal Physical Design Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of complex digital integrated circuits, ensuring timely delivery and meeting high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing physical design methodologies and tools for digital ICs.
  • Leveraging Synopsys/Cadence tools (Innovus, ICC2, Primetime, PT-PX, Calibre) to optimize chip performance and power consumption.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in physical design engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven expertise in Netlist2GDSII implementation, floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, STA, and power integrity analysis.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Tcl/Tk/Perl.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
