- Monitor and optimize lead funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates).">
- Ensure CRM data integrity and manage enrichment processes.">
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with customized lead lists and engagement plans.">
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.">
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.">
- 10 years of experience in lead generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within ITES/BPO.">
- Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms.">
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.">
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
- Knowledge of global data compliance regulations.">
