About Deal Value Creation

Mergers and acquisitions are vital strategic levers to enhance the value of a business. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team in creating deal value.

Creating value in deals has never been more critical. Traditional views on value optimisation need an overhaul.

With the bar getting higher, creating deal value is challenging. Many deals fail to achieve their original financial or strategic objectives.

The traditional view of value optimisation is due for an overhaul - Creating value requires a broader perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver post-merger integration/carve-out/operational assessment projects
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within BDO
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Ability to work seamlessly with global teams
  • Develop complex models in excel and executive-level presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Development/Upsell: Responsible for supporting partner/director in building the practice in the north region for BDO in India
  • BD Target: Sr Associate - INR 20 Lakhs; Associate - INR 15 Lakhs
  • Experience in planning & implementation of at least 2-3 integration/separations of various front office and back office functions
  • Delivering project management engagements - strong PMO skills and ability to work in high-pressure deals environment
  • Understanding complex deal situation and its implication on the client's/target's business model
  • Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Powe BI
