About this Opportunity:
This role presents a chance to contribute as a Procurement Expert. The primary focus is on delivering sourcing value across various business categories within the procurement centre of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive the sourcing process forward.
- Evaluate and execute the sourcing process, including contract negotiations and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with clients on governance requirements for their deals, including third-party risk management, anti-money laundering screening, financial viability assessment, etc.
- Continuously improve procurement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives, develop strategies, and manage processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders to drive results.
- Advanced financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Experience creating project plans, managing projects, communicating effectively, and engaging necessary stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Effective client relationship management.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Confidence in leading negotiations to successful conclusions.
- Experience working with internal legal counsel and other stakeholders.
- Results-driven attitude with a sense of urgency.
