Collections Management Expert

At Total CollectR, we're shaping the collections industry with AI-driven technology that helps lenders and agencies recover past-due balances more efficiently. Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for a detail-oriented professional to own our sales and customer success technology stack.

This role is perfect for someone who loves HubSpot (or similar CRMs), creating order out of chaos, and helping sales and success teams work smarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning CRM Operations: Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Benchmarking Processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Maintaining Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Empowering Teams: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Unlocking Insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Sustaining Growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • A comfort level managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
