We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist to drive our social media presence, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful content, managing social channels, and optimizing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop, edit, and publish daily content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency across all social platforms.
  • Optimize company pages within various social platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Track and analyze data/metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying these to our strategy.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our events, initiatives, and partnerships.
  • Manage the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on reputation management, identifying key players and engaging with them effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in managing video content production is highly desirable.
