IT Services Sector Head

Velocitai Digital is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director. This is a key leadership position that requires a sales professional with extensive experience in driving growth within an IT services environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Velocitai's goals and objectives. They will also lead business development efforts, conduct market analysis, mentor and develop the sales team, and build strong relationships with clients.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the IT services sector.
- A proven history of driving growth within an IT services environment, backed by a robust understanding of the industry landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
We offer a competitive salary ($180,000 - $250,000 per annum), performance-based bonuses, and a dynamic work environment where your contribution is valued and rewarded.
