Job Purpose:
The primary role of the Sales Manager is to procure sales orders for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) used as raw material in B2B designated regions. The Sales Manager targets companies using boilers and other heating systems that rely on Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) or alternative energy sources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure sales orders for RDF in B2B designated regions
• Target companies using boilers and other heating systems
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Achieve predetermined monthly sales targets
• Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients
• Generate leads and inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Proficient in Hindi and the regional language of the region
