Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and policies in assigned areas, meeting sales targets and objectives, and ensuring an increased market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans, strategies, and policies to increase/sustain market share and profitability for assigned regions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.
  • Develop and implement market intelligence systems to provide monthly information on potential data, competitors' activities, new product opportunities, and other changes in the environment.
  • Effectively implement policies for robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management systems to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
