Sales Strategy Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Strategy Manager to join our team at The Leaders Hive : The unit of Mukunda Ventures Gl.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong background in leadership and management. You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve this.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
