Sales Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets, monitoring performance, and collecting customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales processes
- Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers
- Implement sales management processes to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
