Virtual Event Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Event Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing webinars that engage our audience, promote products, and support lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Webinar Planning & Execution:
    • Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with our marketing objectives
    • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics
    • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content
    • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting
    • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery
    • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals
    • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize webinar attendance
    • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success
    • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
    • Continuously improve webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences
