Virtual Desktop Solutions Specialist

We're looking for a Virtual Desktop Solutions Specialist to design and implement scalable and secure architectures for end-to-end virtual desktop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure architectures for end-to-end virtual desktop solutions by analyzing business requirements and assessing existing infrastructure.
  • Integrate Citrix products, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud, with Azure virtual desktop services to provide a comprehensive and cohesive virtual desktop solution.
  • Configure and manage Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage to create and maintain Azure virtual desktop environments.
  • Implement identity and access management strategies, including integration with Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls, for virtual desktop environments.
  • Design and configure network connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Optimize virtual desktop environments for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Implement security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements, to protect virtual desktop environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Citrix products, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services and Azure virtual machines.
  • Understanding of identity and access management strategies, including multifactor authentication and role-based access controls.
  • Ability to design and configure network connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
