Job Overview

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and retention across our client base.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with North American customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the customer journey from post-onboarding through ongoing relationship management
  • Building deep customer understanding by developing a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business, motivations, processes, and desired outcomes
  • Driving growth and retention by managing customer accounts strategically and analyzing engagement and adoption metrics
  • Championing the customer voice within the organization by working closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align product offerings with customer needs

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in a customer-facing role with North American customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar role within a high-growth, startup B2B SaaS company
