We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our expansion in India.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and scaling new businesses, with experience in managing large teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for India.
- Lead a team of professionals to establish end-to-end business operations.
- Foster strong relationships with government authorities, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or high-growth industries.
- Proven success in launching and scaling new businesses from greenfield stage.
- Experience in managing teams of 50+ people.
- Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, compliant businesses.
- Stable career history with clear progression.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one Indian language.
- Must be based in Bengaluru.
