Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Executive to lead our financial operations and drive business performance across various units.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Analyze and optimize annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, variance reports, and KPI tracking to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and cost control.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory optimization.
    • Support expansion initiatives, including new business investments.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, monitor internal controls, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
    • Monitor cash flow projections and working capital requirements, optimize inventory and receivables to improve cash conversion cycles.
  • Systems & Process Improvements:
    • Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and analytics, recommend and implement financial systems and tools as needed.
