Job Title: Human Resources Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and implement HRMS & payroll systems for enhanced efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple payroll tasks to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws and regulations, including audits and inspections.
  • Implement and maintain effective HRMS & payroll systems to optimize business operations.
  • Develop, review, and communicate HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and design CTC structures, salary frameworks, and organizational hierarchies to support business growth.
  • Compile and present accurate HR reports and documentation to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication by addressing employee queries and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Maintain records of auditing processes and compliance inspections to ensure smooth execution.
