  • Managing end-to-end faculty HR operations, including appointment and onboarding processes, payroll management, employee lifecycle, retention planning, and exit formalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in an academic or knowledge-based institution.
  • Strong expertise in HRMS, ATS, and automation tools for streamlining HR workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with academic leadership and support institutional goals.
