Our organization seeks a seasoned HR professional to spearhead Human Resources operations at our industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End HR Management:

  • Develop and implement effective manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement initiatives.

2. Industrial Relations:

  • Maintain robust union/worker relationships while ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems to optimize productivity.

3. Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with plant leadership to drive productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • No less than 15 years of experience in HR management
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance
